BAKED POTATO CHICKEN WITH BECHAMEL SAUCE

bahan – bahan :

  • potato
  • oregano, thyme/mixed herbs
  • black pepper coarse
  • oil
  • capsicum
  • onion
  • garlic
  • boneless chicken
  • tomato puree
  • butter
  • milk
  • flour
  • mozzarella cheese

cara – cara :

potong slice macam dalam pic kat bawah tu, then cuci and toskan. letak sedikit garam+balck pepper + mixed herb + minyak, then gaul biar sebati and baked 15-minutes.

onion + garlic + capsicum semua diced je. then tumis onion + garlic. masukkan ayam + black pepper + mixed herbs sampai nampak ayam tu dah masak baru masukkan tomato puree.

ok dah siap sauce dia.

then buat bechamel sauce plak. cairkan butter and masukkan tepung + fresh milk. seasoning to taste. nak letak cheese ke nak letak black pepper ke boleh je.

dah siap sauce dan bechamel sauce, time to layer up.. keluarkan potato yang dah baked tadi, then masukkan sauce yang dah siap masak and layerkan dengan bechamel sauce. lastly tabur mozzarella cheese sebanyak mana korang suka.

ready to baked.. bake in preheated oven, approximately 25-40 mins depend on ur oven

time ni tengah kalut, sebab guest dah nak sampai tapi makanan belum siap. terhangus la skit. doesn’t matter, janji sedap bhahahha!
