hari dah pening kepala, takde energy. tapi bila tengok my friend, Annie buat dah masuk habis batch kedua terus rasa nak buat jugak. so, macam biasa la before nak start, me google la dulu buat research menu untuk hari ke 4 smoothie banana yogurt, banana yogurt, banana and wonder soup. serious macam paling mencabar hari ke 4 tapi bila dah makan pisang 4-5 biji pon dah rasa kenyang. smoothie and wonder soup tu sangat membantu. yogurt tu macam blur jugak nak buat camne, memula campak je pisang dalam plain yogurt tapi tak leh nak telan plak.. so me decide blend je yogurt + banana and sejukkan menarik, me buat nasi goreng sayur. ayam daging segala tak boleh. senang cite nasi goreng sayur la nama dia, letak carrot, mushroom, pak choy and cabbage. oh ikutkan kena makan brown rice tapi me tukar beras faiza herba ponni, first time try not bad jugak. kalau boleh telan boleh la next month tukar beras ni plak hehee, healthy sikit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img makan setiap hari. kalau lapar je makan ni tapi biasa me buat sikit je la sebab masa first day kemain takot lapar buat la banyak sekali 3 hari kot baru boleh habis. lepas drp tu start buat sikit je untuk 1-2 bowl je sehari. actually wonder soup ni macam kobis masak tumis air tu je. tapi lagi sedap kot sebab resepi dia kena letak celery,\u00a0capsicum, tomato and cabbage. ikutkan resepi masak lama lama biar sampai lembut, tapi me suka masak sekejap je. best sikit nak kunyah sayur tu heheee.. nak resepi wonder soup, boleh je google.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img GM diet ni untuk seminggu je tau, jangan sesuka hati nak g buat 2-3minggu pulak. dah habis seminggu boleh gap 2weeks, takpon nak buat sebulan sekali pon boleh. total loss 2.4kg ok la kan even takde la banyak sangat pon..\u00a0I am happy with the result, and I will eat healthy after the diet, insyaAllah..
